Bill O’Reilly came out in favor of a public option on his show last week. As a media figure whose influence has been on the decline since louder, angrier and (holey moley, yes) even douchier demagogues have been able to talk over his particular brand of smug populism, Bill O’Reilly has looked increasingly centrist on FOX News as the nation (and FOX) continues its death spiral in the ’00s. But just because he looks less crazy than the bat-shit company he keeps doesn’t mean he’s not a crazy asshole. Here’s a classic slice of O’Reilly schizophrenia for you:
